Write to the studio

There is no cart here and no ticket queue. One studio, one printer, and a person who reads every note and writes back by email — about a piece you have reserved, an idea for a custom one, a finish you are unsure of, or a parcel that did not arrive as it should.

We reply by email, to the address above. Nothing is sent automatically.

What to write about

  • A piece you have reserved

Reserving puts a piece on the print bed and gives us an address to write to. If something should change before printing starts — the tone, the finish, the material — or you simply want to know where it is, say which piece and we will pick it up from there.

  • Custom or commissioned work

Describe what you have in mind: the room, the size, the feeling you are after. The studio runs one printer at a time on made-to-order pieces, so custom work depends on what is already on the bed, but we would rather hear the idea than not.

  • Something arrived damaged

Tell us what arrived and how it was packed. Every piece is printed to order, so we know exactly which print yours came from, and we will sort it out with you directly.

  • Material, finish or tone

Each piece ships in the finish shown on its page. If you have a particular room in mind, ask before your piece goes on the bed and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it well.

What happens next

Your note lands in the same place as the studio's reservations and is read by a person, not sorted by a machine. We write back to the email address you give here, so make sure it is one you check. Nothing is sent automatically: if you hear from us, someone put the tools down and wrote it.

Puku Prints is a small studio and the printer runs long hours, so a reply is not instant. Every note gets one.
